the assembly definitely requires two people to do comfortably. i tried alone and it was really challenging to hold components in place while attaching them. with two people it went together in about 90 minutes. the birch finish is really beautiful

when i unpacked the lamp i noticed a small dent in one corner of the base plate. it's not very visible but at this price i wanted to flag it. customer service offered a partial refund which i accepted. the rest of the lamp is really beautiful

we moved house 3 months after buying the tallis and the lamp survived being disassembled and reassembled without any issues. the alloy frame is really solid and everything lined up perfectly on reassembly. the birch finish still looks beautiful

when i assembled the lamp i noticed a few of the screws were slightly loose in their pre-drilled holes. nothing serious but required some adjustment. the lamp is now rock solid and looks really beautiful. the walnut finish is stunning
